SPRINGFIELD - Ved test af jordprøver sidste forår, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency fundet højere end tilladte toksiner i 80 procent af stenbruddene og udgravningsgravene licens til at acceptere rent bygge- og nedrivningsaffald som opfyldning, ifølge dokumenter indhentet af The Associated Press under Illinois Freedom of Information Act.
